Patch release. Release-pipeline auth fix + cross-platform bootstrap fix.

Fixes

• Release pipeline: expanded npm auth token now written to .npmrc so pnpm publish authenticates correctly (#849).
• Bootstrap: split O_NOFOLLOW usage by platform so cross-compile to Windows succeeds (#848).
