Ironflow Desktop v0.12.0

This release replaces the old agent rail with Workrooms: a chat-style surface with multiple concurrent conversations, persisted drafts and read state, context tabs, and search. Provider setup, Settings and the workspace chrome were reworked, and a batch of skill-loading and workspace-containment bugs are fixed.
